NanoCellect – CS1 Chiller Stirrer
Applications with Temperature-Sensitive Samples
The CS1 Chiller-Stirrer is an accessory for the WOLF G2 Cell Sorter to provide cooling of sample and sheath fluid, as well as stirring of sample for better cell suspension.
Sorting temperature-sensitive samples, such as stem cells or neuronal cells, can be challenging. These applications benefit significantly from using modules like the CS1 Chiller-Stirrer, which maintains both sheath fluid and sample at the desired temperature during the sorting process. This creates a more favorable environment for temperature-sensitive cells, increasing the viability of sorted samples.
